Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about registration, verification codes and our work.

What is a verification code?
Every person registered in our system receives a unique code in the format AMLA-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. The code acts as a public reference: anyone can enter it on the Verify page to confirm that the registration exists and see the registered details.
How do I verify a code?
Go to the Verify page, type or paste the code into the box and press Verify. If the code is genuine, the registered person's name, email, phone number, address and registration date are displayed. If it is not found, you will see a clear "Not found" message.
Who can register and receive a code?
Registration is handled by our registry team. If you believe you should be registered, or you need a code issued for yourself or your organisation, contact us through the contact form and we will guide you through the process.
Is the verification service free?
Yes. Code verification is a public service and is free of charge. No account or login is needed — the lookup works for anyone, at any time.
What should I do if a code does not verify?
First check for typing errors — codes contain no spaces and no ambiguous characters (no 0, 1, I or O). If it still fails, the code may be wrong, expired or deleted. Contact us with the details and we will investigate.
Is my personal data safe?
We apply strict data-protection safeguards. Only the details attached to a code are shown when that exact code is entered — nothing can be browsed or searched by name. Contact us at any time to update or remove registered information.
How long does a code stay valid?
A code remains valid for as long as the registration is active. If details change, the registry team updates the record and the same code continues to verify the current information.
